Based on the survey to all types of 19500 enterprises throughout the country conducted by the NBS, the data indicated that, in the first quarter of this year, the national entrepreneurs¡¯ confidence index was 133.1, up by 7.7 points over the fourth quarter of last year and down by 2.8 points over the same period of last year.
1.The entrepreneurs¡¯confidence indices of the manufacturing, construction, transport, storage & postal, wholesale and retail trade, real estate, social services, information transmission and computer services & software industry and boarding & catering trade were 128.2, 132.4, 133.8, 137.2, 134.7, 133.9, 155.8 and 127.8 respectively, up by 9.4, 3.9, 10.7, 10.9, 5.8, 6.2, 4.5 and 2.1 points over the fourth quarter of last year; those of mining and the production and supply of electricity, fuel gas and water were 160.8 and 138.8, keeping the same level with the fourth quarter of last year.
Comparing with the same time of last year, the entrepreneurs¡¯ confidence indices of construction, social services and boarding and catering trade rose by 2.6, 1.5 and 1.3 points respectively; those of the production and supply of electricity, fuel gas and water, wholesale and retail trade, information transmission and computer services & software industry kept the same level; those of mining, manufacturing, transport and storage & postal and real estate declined by 8.8, 4.4, 5.4 and 10.2 points respectively.
2.The entrepreneurs' confidence indices of the state-owned, collective-owned, share cooperative enterprises, joint management, limited liability company, share limited company, private and foreign, Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan investment enterprises were 135.0£¬119.0£¬116.0£¬120.1£¬132.4£¬135.8£¬129.5 and 139.3 respectively, up by 8.6, 8.8, 1.6, 2.5, 7.3, 6.9, 6.6 and 10.9 points correspondingly over the fourth quarter of last year; and comparing with the same time of last year, those of joint management and foreign, Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan investment enterprises were up, and those of the state-owned and private enterprises kept the same level ,but that of other types of registered enterprises was down.
3.The entrepreneurs¡¯confidence index of the large, medium and small-sized enterprises reached 143.6, 128.4 and 120.4 respectively, up by 9.9, 7.3 and 5.5 points over the fourth quarter of last year respectively; those of medium and small-sized enterprises kept unchanged with the same time of last year, but the large enterprises dropped by 7.4 points over the same time of last year.
4. The entrepreneurs¡¯confidence index of the enterprises in the eastern, the central and western region were 133.5, 134.5 and 131.1 respectively, rising by 7.9, 7.7 and 7.3 points over the fourth quarter of last year respectively and declining by 3.2, 3.0 and 1.2 points over the same time of last year.
