In the first quarter of this year, the per capita disposable income of urban households was 2938 yuan, a year-on-year rise of 11.3%; eliminating the price inflation, a real rise of 8.6%. The per capita consumption expenditure was 2020 yuan, up 9.9% and a real rise of 7.2%, of which, the consumption expenditure for services was 515 yuan, up 8.6%.
Among the income of urban households, the per capita salary income was 2160 yuan, a year-on-year rise of 8.4%(not excluding the influence from price fluctuation, it¡¯s the same with the following), and accounted for 73.5% of the whole disposable income; the per capita net income from management was 183 yuan, up 39.1%; the per capita income from transfer was 732 yuan, up 15.6%, of which, the income from social remedy such as pension or allowance for retirees went up 18.4% and 15.5% respectively; the per capita income from property was 57 yuan, up 11.3%.
Among the consumption expenditure of urban households, the expenditure for foods rose 10.9%, of which, the expenditures for meat, poultry, egg and aquatic products, food services, grain and oils and vegetables climbed 16.7%, 15.2%, 10.5% and 5.3% respectively; that for clothes was up 16.7%; that for home appliances and services rose 7.4%, that for medical treatment and health care rose 8.1%; that for transport and communications ascended 14.6%, of which, the expenditure for transport went up 29.0%, that for communications rose 3.4%; that for education, culture, recreation and services rose 2.0%; that for housing went up 3.7%; that for miscellaneous commodities and services rose 12.0%.
