Divided into three categories, in November, the added value of the mining industry increased by 6.2 percent year-on-year; the manufacturing industry increased by 2.9 percent; and the production and supply of electricity, heat, gas and water increased by 11.1 percent.
In terms of economic types, in November, the added value of state-owned holding enterprises increased by 3.6 percent year-on-year; joint stock enterprises increased by 4.5 percent, and foreign-invested enterprises and enterprises invested by Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan increased by 1.9 percent; and private enterprises increased by 3.9 percent.
In terms of industries, in November, the added value of 29 of the 41 major industries maintained year-on-year growth. Agricultural and sideline food processing industry increased by 7.0 percent, textile industry decreased by 3.5 percent, chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry decreased by 0.9 percent, non-metallic mineral products industry decreased by 4.0 percent, ferrous metal smelting and processing industry decreased by 11.2 percent, nonferrous metal smelting and processing industry decreased by 1.2 percent, general equipment manufacturing industry increased by 2.8 percent, special equipment manufacturing industry increased by 4.0 percent, automobile manufacturing industry decreased by 4.7 percent, railway shipbuilding, aerospace and other transportation equipment manufacturing increased by 3.6 percent, electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing increased by 9.4 percent, computer, communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing increased by 13.5 percent, and power and heat production and supply increased by 10.1 percent.
In terms of products, in November, the output of 283 of 612 products increased year-on-year. 101.03 million tons of steel, a year-on-year decrease of 14.7 percent; 199.58 million tons of cement, down 18.6 percent; 5.35 million tons of ten non-ferrous metals, down 0.7 percent; 2.31 million tons of ethylene, an increase of 2.7 percent; 2.673 million new energy vehicles, down 7.1 percent, including 477,000 new energy vehicles, up 112.0 percent; the power generation was 654 billion kwh, an increase of 0.2 percent; and crude oil processing capacity was 59.64 million tons, an increase of 2.2 percent.
In November, the product sales rate of industrial enterprises was 97.0 percent, a year-on-year decrease of 1.4 percentage points; industrial enterprises achieved an export delivery value of 1,385.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year nominal increase of 12.6 percent.
